Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.


3. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it, reshipping fees will be required.


4. Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact your local carrier first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.


5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may begin and cancellation may not be possible.


6. Customs & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
